Order Cancellation Policy

At AZUN, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, the cancellation window is very limited.

Eligibility for Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. However, cancellation is not guaranteed, as orders begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, a “Cancel Order” button will be available in your account or order confirmation page.

When Cancellation Is Not Possible

Your order cannot be canceled if:

  • It has already entered processing status, or
  • It has already been shipped.

If you do not see the “Cancel Order” button, it means your order is already being prepared or has been dispatched.
Please note that our warehouse works as quickly as possible, so the cancellation grace period is brief.

If Your Order Cannot Be Canceled

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may still return the items once you receive your package.

Customers are advised to:

  • Initiate a return request within 5 days of delivery for any unwanted items.
